I was at an outdoor wedding this weekend serviced by Number One Portables. They couple rented 4 units, two of which were the 'fancier' ones with the flush option. I felt so bad for the couple...the company apparently didn't have the water units filled up with water when they dropped them off so they wouldn't flush! When they called the company to come remedy this problem the owner said he had plans and couldn't do anything for them. Talk about terrible customer service! Several wedding guests actually stepped up to help and carried buckets of water from over 200 yards away to fill up the tanks. What a disaster! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!

The purple portable potty was one of the hits of the party! It arrived on the scheduled day, was clean, and performed well. And I would have paid a higher rental fee than the actual charge. An excellent choice for our temporary need.
