I have never felt so victimized or let down in my entire life. My daughter was here at the musi school for close to two years. I also enrolled my son for guitar lessons as well for about 7 months. My daughter is a quiet and shy person. The teacher was always late and she never told me until when I discovered it myself. I did not complain but just left it and hoped her music teacher would change. Her name was Ms Heba. The lesson she was supposed to have last week was never taught because the teacher was in the building but never showed up and no lesson was taught. I complained bitterly but never received a call from the management. I came to lesson today and was told that my daughter is no longer welcome. I feel victimized because we are African Americans and they don't care. I wish I never brought my daughter to the music school in the first place. The manager, Mr Brian was however very apologetic after he heard the whole story. This is the worst music school you can ever go to. I implore you to beware of taking your kids to the school. My daughter is still on the same level since she started almost 2 years.

This is an awful music school. They don't respect the client. Payed full for daughter piano lessons and teacher didn't appear or stayed only 18 min. I complained and didn't get money back. They just want your money and don't respect you!!!

This place is great! The staff is very informative and guided me through my purchase. I felt great leaving there knowing that I had everything I needed to enjoy my Clavinova. They took the time to sit down with me and show me everything it could do.
