      Good quality for the price large apartments but cost of utilities is high.

      The office staff is exceptionally rude and not willing to work with the tenants. They leave nasty notes on the doorsteps of the tenants frequently. There are serious problems with the furnaces/air conditioners. The lot upkeep is poor in winter.
