      General Info

      My name is Christine Fasse, and I have been baking for over 20 years. I received my baking certificate from Harper College, and went on to work in bakeries and hotel kitchens, until I branched out to form my own "bakery" over 6 years ago.       I've had several cakes made by Christine, including my own wedding cake!, which was absolutely incredible, to say the least! Our five-tiered cake was devoured instantly, and there wasn't enough for seconds! Some people didn't even get a piece, because it went so quickly! She got the highest raves about her signature, double-whipped buttercream frosting, her attention to detail, and her artistic ability! Her cake was not only appreciated, but was admired by many! Christine was not only easy to work with, but was able to take my ideas, and take them to the next level. I will never forget that wedding cake, and I'm sure the guests won't either!

      Love it!

      Simply Cakes is absolutely AMAZING! Christine is a really personable person, and she knows how to treat her clients well! Her cakes are nothing short of perfectly delicious. Her signature buttercream frosting is to die for! I had a cake made for my sister's birthday, and she nailed it, no questions asked! If you're looking for quality desserts, go to Simply Cakes, you won't be disappointed!
