We purchased a $7,000 package for our 1st grader. We are not pleased at all. We have no contact unless we call multiple times. We have been through 3 or 4 directors at this location. We have currently gone over 2 months with ZERO feedback on our daughters progress and today, after multiple calls to find out what is going on we finally got a meeting with the director and after waiting for her for 25 minutes she told me to come back in an hour because she had an emergency. I do understand that anyone can have an emergency but why would you leave someone sitting waiting for you for 25 minutes in the lobby and then tell them to come back later? These people rude and unorganized and that is coming directly from the woman who runs this location.
