Simply stated, this is the best hobby shop I have been to.Tom McCoy the owner is personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. He helped me select the perfect slot car set for my grandsons, and I couldnt be happier.I will be a lifetime customer at Performance Hobbies.

let me start by saying, this hobby shop is the best that i have ever been in and this is why,

1- any one can walk in this place and feel welcome.

2- for first time building a model or a remote control device these guys can make an amateur into an expert.

3- any question you have is welcome, these guys explain in the fullest detail and help you achieve in reaching your goal and accomplishing your projects.

4- they have everything you could possibly imagine and if they dont they can and will order it for you and have it at the store in a few days.

5- when your looking for something they dont just tell you where to go they bring you to what you are looking for and stand by your side side until you are satisfied with what you are getting.

6- they people that work in the store may be young but are very knowledgeable about every little thing in the store.

with all said, if you have any interest in starting a hobby, or have a kid who has a desire in starting a hobby, it is worth the trip to the little town of Webster and stop in and check out what these guys have to offer. they have everything from, remote control cars, remote control simulator for flying, air soft guns, and about a hundred models of every kind from biggest to smallest. I think all people should take note and do business like these guys.

I just put a deposit down ( Layaway ) on a Blade 400 RTF Helicopter.

They have been patient with me, and answered all of my questions. They are understanding, and great to deal with.

It is a shop that when you go in it's not that supermarket feel. You may get a cup of coffee and talk a while. The owner gets to everyone he can. Most questions are not left unanswered. If your new to the sport he will set you in the right direction for your hard earned cash. A thumb way up for this shop!
