We offer a beginners series for students who are new to yoga or those who would like to learn more about the fundamentals. Our daily schedule includes gentle yoga, hot vinyasa, body sculpting and workshops. We also offer kids, tweens and family yoga programs. Our instructors are certified, knowledgeable and approachable; you'll feel right at home in our warm and friendly studio.
