They charged me a $300 one way fee that they said would be waived when I signed for the car. My original booking did not have this fee. I went through customer service and they didn't review the context of my case. The Budget Rent-A-Car in Columbia misled me and customer service did nothing to fix the problem. Very disappointed in their business. My own poor experience means nothing to their bottom line, but I hope word of mouth and a bad review might persuade another customer to choose a better car rental company.
