You come for the deals and stay for the people. While the furniture itself is not the worlds best thing, the deals are amazing and they have the market cornered on customer service. Chuck's attention to detail and courteous nature went a long way in helping me make my final furniture selection. Will most definitely recommend!! THANKS CHUCK!!

DO NOT BUY WARRANTY IT IS A RIPOFF...MY COUCH TORE AND SINCE IT WAS FROM NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR THEY TOLD ME I COULD NOT GET IT REPLACED OR REPAIRED....200 BUCKS DOWN THE DRAIN!!!!

My daughter's Christmas present is still not complete because the people at home decor still have not delivered the steps to her bunk bed . They first called and said that the bed was discontinued, we drove an hour to find out that was not true the original mattresses where discontinued ( we still got those mattresses) then we got to pick up the bed and trundle but no steps. The trundle was 1 1/2 inches to wide to go under the bed . We called and they told us that there was nothing they could do we would be put on a waiting list and it could take up to a month . Still we he no steps and now no trundle . The man on the other end of the phone says "do what you have to do" when we asked if we should just return the bed. 1/17/15 a month after we picked up part of our daughter's bed they finally figure out the rails where the problem this whole time we picked up the discontinued version of the bed. They where to deliver the correct pieces steps and trundle. 1/18/15 still no steps. Please tell me how could you not fix this problem over a 2 and half month span?

If you google search savyshopper2, you will see on the preview screen that it is an account that has reviewed multiple Home Decors that are hundreds of miles away on sites like this and Citysearch



They clearly think their shoppers are dumb and have posted false reviews or have hired some awfully sloppy people to do it for them.



I can't believe I almost missed this which would have resulted in my recommending the Illinois store to my 70yr old mother.

I went there, because of the advertising low prices. My daughter and I went into the store looking for her a daybed for her room. Well lets just say these people DO NOT believe in customer service. It took them 10 minutes to even acknowlege that we were even in there store. We walked by 3 salespeolpe, and noone even greeted us. I had to walk around the store to find someone to help us. When I finally found someone, she was really RUDE!!! But all because my daughter's heart was set on this particular bed, I tolerated it. After purchasing the bed and them making sure everything was in stock, the next day I sent my dad in to pick it up. Needless to say the springs for the bed was missing. We were told we had to come back the next day to pick it up. Before going to get the springs, we decided to call ahead. We were told that the springs haven't come in yet, and they would call us when they did. This was 10:30 am, and we did not recieve a call until 4:30pm! After all was done, my dad was going to help me out and put the bed together, but how there were NO DIRECTIONS!!!! Anyway, after a lot of prayer, and knowing how the bed should look we figured it out, and by 11:30 that night my daughter had the bed she dreamed of having. I wish I would have spent the extra money and went to a more expensive furniture store, and had proper customer service. I wouldn't recommend the devil to this store!!!!!

From the moment I stepped into the store I was greeted like family. Everyone that works there is so nice and helpful, and the prices are the best I could find. I will continue to buy from this company and I've recommended them to my entire family and friends.
