Amazing dental office you won't be disappointed with the staff or the spa like features such an amazing dental office
My husband and I both went to this dental group. They made him pre-pay for covered work and then wouldn't refund his money ($1,000) for 3 months after insurance had already paid them. They led us to believe they were in-network and then blamed us for not understanding that when they said that they "accepted" our insurance that it actually meant that they were not in network. Very poor customer service and very unprofessional/highly suspect business practices
Plaza Dental Group are definitely the best Iowa dentists around. My first visit was a couple years back and I have been going there regularly since. I had a lot of issues with my teeth, especially stains and crookedness, but they have fixed everything and have kept my best interests at the forefront the whole time. It’s kind of weird to say but I really enjoy going into their office and getting my checkups or teeth whitening treatments because they’re great to work with (Dr. Mohan is amazing!!), are very affordable and have completely changed my smile.
Professional dental office. I have been pleased with all my visits to Plaza Dental Group. The DHs are thorough. The overall atmosphere in the office is professional.
