Peter, the owner of Halim Design is a total rip off. He promised me he would work on my website project and finish it in 4 weeks. I made the initial deposit. After the deposit, it was very hard to communicate with him. Always made excuses and would never pickup my phone. I paid him 50% deposit via Paypal. He has not done the work he promised and disapeared on me.



I have been leaving messages after messages on his voice mail and his email and he is completely ignoring me. I will do everything in my power to reveal him so no one else has to go through what I have. Watch out of Halim Design. This company is very dishonest.
