I am very disappointed about this place. I am in Taiwan and my friend is in LA for study. I made an order online for her birthday, but she didn't get it. I tried to contact the florist, but since there is time difference between LA and Taiwan, it is hard to contact them, and 24 hr phone service can't provide me any help. My friend helped me to call West Hollywood Florist, they said they would send me email since they can't make international phone call which I can't understand why since they provide international delivery. However, a couple days have passed, I am still waiting for their email. It is the worst experience I have.

We are using West Hollywood Florist couple of years and completely happy with service and quality of floral deliveries.

Sometimes the flowers needs to be delivered same day, last minute and it's not a problem for this florist. You can call or place an order on-line 24 Hours and flowers would be there on time. It's good to know a LOCAL FLORIST with a

I needed to order a plant for someone who had just lost their mother. After reviewing a few shops I decided to go with this florist. When the recipient received the plant they advised me that the plant was very dry. I was advised that the plant wasn't dead, but it was just extremely dry which was to say the least quite embarrassing. Not to mention the plant was pretty small, but you spend that kind of money and would except that plant would have at least been given water.

I've always had good experiences in this dentist office as has the rest of my family. Comes recommended.

I live out of the LA area but used this florist after looking around extensively for service in the West Hollywood area. Not only was the person on the phone extremely helpful and willing to think outside the box but they promised a same day delivery and cam through. I asked for a basket of live plants with a new baby boy theme and was promised they would do a good job with them���.. my cousin (the recipient) said they were "absolutely amazing." I will definitely use West Hollywood Florist again.

I live out of town, and have used three different florists in the LA region, and I have had poor services with all three previous florists. West Hollywood Florist was prompt and delivered what was requested. I will definately use them again in the future.
