My experience was awful there this past Saturday by this same person who in the past has been rude to me. I spend on average 300-400 per month at this location. I have been trying to complain to the manager but they will not answer the phone. The girl that waited on me never smiles, or thanks you for shopping there are not. She slammed my cigarettes down on the counter Sat. She is always rude to me and i will not be coming back. BB&B is going to lose lots of money. I was going to make other purchases but i just left. Apparently customers are too much for her to wait on. She was also rude to the man behind me. The other people are very nice to me but just this one person. Honestly, it is enough for me to not go back. I will take my business elsewhere. I wish i could get the owner to contact me.

They have everything you can think of tobacco & alcohol related from pipe tobacco to wine. If you can't find something elsewhere, they have it. They also do bills there as well.,
