      Southern Missouri Community Health Center, also known as SMCHC, is a community-based organization that offers a range of primary and preventative health care services to medically underserved individuals. It provides various medical services related to pediatric care, dermatology, women's health, immunizations, colon cancer screenings, orthopedics, wound care, and adult medicine adult and well-child physicals. Southern Missouri Community Health Center maintains a 14,000-square-foot facility that includes its medical, mental health and dental services divisions. Its mental health services include individual and group therapies in the areas of depression, marital issues, grief, loss, anxiety, adjustment, behavioral issues and substance abuse.
