Raney Geotechnical Inc is a geotechnical, geologic, and environmental consulting engineering firm and testing laboratory with offices and laboratory facilities located in West Sacramento, California. The firm was founded in 1979 by John Raney, the company's president. Geotechnical engineering, geologic, and environmental consulting services are performed for clients in government, housing, commercial building, water resources and finance. Construction testing is performed for projects ranging from residential developments to large earthwork projects to multi-story structures.
