From the second I opened the door to long radio in West Springfield I was greeted and showed around. Very nice showroom all the toys I want for my car and yours plus more. I had a lot of work done to my car.. very nice head unit and sub and all the extra goodies to go along with it.. super clean install perfect perfect perfect is all I can say about the quantity of the work they did and will do in the future for me and if you choose to go head there.. ( If I was you I would head there )

Brought my truck in to have device installed. Brought it in at 1130 and was told that I would have to wait till after their hour long lunch (that started at 12). This is a job that would have taken 45 min to do since it was just done to my other vehicle a month ago. That job took 20 mins tops. This is unexceptable. You don't make your customers wait 3 hours for a job the would have taken 45 tops. Do the job THEN go to lunch. Priorities are screwed up here. It's now 230 and my truck STILL isn't ready. And not to mention. They broke my steering column lever and didn't say a word. Smh.

Last September I had Long Radio install an Auto Start in my car. I am a very picky person especially when it comes to my car. They did a great job, they were very professional and the price was very fair for installation & product. I would highly recommend them.

A few months ago I bought a back-up camera from Long Radio. They did a fantastic job, beyond what I excepted. The price was very reasonable for the installation and the quality of product. When I pick the car up, a tech came out and explained the system. It’s super easy to use. The install was done so well it looks like it came with the car. No issues, I would highly recommend them.

I bought an Auto Start from Long Radio. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. The show room was very clean and well laid out. I am not very savvy when it comes to electronics but Aaron made my life easy with a simple explanation. No fuss, I made the appointment, dropped the car off, they called me when it was done. When I went to pick up my car they came out and showed me how the Auto Start works. I’ve had it now for 6mo. and it works perfectly. I love it! Thanks Again to everyone at Long Radio.

Great to deal with, Fair pricing, Great selection. After a ton of problems with a different shop and the remote start they installed I didn't now who to call. Some friends of mine suggested I call Long Radio in W Springfield. I'm glade I did, They fixed the problems caused by the other shop and installed a new remote start that works flawlessly. Thanks to my friends for the suggestion and Long Radio for a great job.

Worst customer service. And worst people to deal with.

I stopped in to see if they could enable remote for starter and door locks, dealer I bought vehicle from had it disabled because it is an after market product. Th tech from long radio looked at it and sad its not a product they sell or service. H didnt know how to program it. My stomach sank, my exprience with car dealership has been less then fair and thought they got me again. H then down loaded information h needed to his cell phone and got th remote working in a couple minutes. H charged me nothing and sad keep us in mind if you need anything in th future. H made my day and changed my attitude,it was great to see a bussiness going above and beyond to make stranger happy. You can bet I will going there in th future and have been telling everyone about how great you guys are. I thought bussiness no longer operated like this!
