We had our home power washed by Paint Perfect . They damaged a panel on our air conditioning unit while they were doing the job and completely refused to accept any responsibility for doing so. It was a brand new unit and was in perfect condition. After they left, I noticed a long scratch and dent at the top of the unit that was definitely not there prior to their visit. The owner of the company provided a lot of lip service and said he wanted to make sure to resolve the issue...blah, blah, blah, yet continued to deny that they did it, said his guys would never lie about such a thing--which, basically, was insinuating that WE were lying about it. My husband asked him to come see the damage, which he did do. They were able to buff out the scratch, but the dent remains. The entire time, they refused to accept any responsibility for the damage and offered no apology. Also, they wer an hour and a half late for the appointment. Wouldn't use them if I were you!

All companies working on housing that was built prior to 1978 are required to complete special training and register with the EPA. Our EPA certification is NAT-23521-1. Massachusetts added its own version of this law and provides for a licensing waiver to companies that already have the EPA certification. Paint Perfect, Inc. qualifies for that waiver.
