Mail Boxes Etc in Westborough is the single most unprofessional shipping company that i have ever dealt with. The receptionist as well as owner were extremely rude and abusive over the phone when i attempted to contact them in regards to questions about deliveries and pick-up. When i first spoke with someone, they were unable to answer any of my questions. Contemptuous and defamatory, i would not recommend anyone to use this service.
