My lawn is definitely looking better. I had 2 issues. I was not informed before Trugreen showed up to aerate and over seed which they did when my lawn had a heavy coat of leaves. As a result the service was a waste of money. The second issue concerns scheduling. I was scheduled for an application between noon and 5 one day and was informed they wouldn’t make it. I assumed I would be first on their list the following day but wasn’t. I was told it would be 2 weeks before they’d be there. Not acceptable! If they can’t finish scheduled applications 1 day they should pick up where they left off the previous day.

I like the communication provided by TruGreen. They provide via email and text the expected arrival time and stay in contact throughout the service period.

The first application 4-30-18 appears to have decreased the broadleaf weeds somewhat. The second application 5-29-18 appears to have helped the grass to thicken and green up. The second application also reduced the number of mosquitos.
