I was so impressed with knowledge Tom had with my machine. He knew right away what was wrong and was able to fix it and get me going again. Highly recommend Buckeye Sewing Service!!!

The in-home service was so convenient. Tom diagnosed my machine’s problem, took it with him to replace needed parts, and had it back to my home quickly. My 50 year old machine is as good as new. No need to spend time and gas going out in this winter weather to get excellent service.

Although they came to my home to repair an industrial machine, my experience since then has been terrible. I was charged for a belt that I did not receive and did not need. In addition, a part was broken in transit to their shop which left a rough edge that has caused some snags on fabrics. I have been calling for a refund on the belt and a replacement part for 2 months now! 😳

They come right to your home! And service all makes and models including industrial sewing machines. Very reasonable price. Highly recommended

I've had nothing but a pleasant experience with the company. They know what I need and what I expect and they deliver. I'm glad they are around. Getting hard to find good sewing machine service.

Fast true. But replaced expensive parts but can't produce supposed replaced parts. They did return as repairs didn't fix machine. Adjustments worked less than a day. Called and lady said my wife might be lazy and not cleaning machine. That they had just cleaned and (maybe) repaired. Have been calling for a month for the (parts) they replaced. They won't even call back. No I would not recommend ever. They seem to know what they are doing but obviously don't.
