I hired them to take down 2 trees. They did the work on May 11th and never finished the job. The logs have been piled in my yard for a month now. Every time I call they promise the removal within the next 2 days. Ed Rafus or his office refuse to return my calls now and after calling his son's cell number, 413-636-8601, on 6/8 his son, Chris, notified me that he doesn't work for Ed anymore. I would never recommend them. The only reason I gave them a 1 star rating was because there was no 0 star rating. Beware.
