the work was fast, and they started almost immediately after our insurance claim was approved. they did not hassle us for payment. the roof looks great, I have no complaints with the workmanship or quality. the only reason for the 3 stars is that they were a little pushy. I understand that's what salesmen do, and I was obviously in need of their service, but i did feel a little rushed. a neighbor asked them some questions while they were giving me an estimate, and now they won't leave them alone trying to get a new contract. let the work (and customers) speak for itself, there's no need to harass.
