      The good Dr. should go to a patience home & have the patient call his staff for a simple medical request and see first hand the 5 hour run around and miss info ,If any , so that he could understand the weak link in his staff. I've only called 3 times and 3 times no furtherto any help, Glad it wasn't my grandmother needing her Nitroglycerin as she would have been dead
