      We hired Carbon Peak to do weekly mowing and weeding this year and it started off great. The customer service in the beginning (February) was great. They had great communication and showed up on time. Until mid-June, when I received an email from Matthew Anderson, who I had never spoken with before, that said they could no longer continue our services and dropped us immediately leaving us to find a new landscaper in the middle of the summer. When I asked for a reason or why they didn't give any notice, he simply said it was due to cost. Their customer service is now beyond poor since working with Matthew, and came down to him threatening to put a lien against my property for a $40 invoice. Don't hire them ever for any services. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
