I highly recommend taking the Red Cross lifeguard certification course at the Upper Valley Aquatic Center! This was a great class with an amazing instructor. It was offered in a beautiful facility. Thanks so much for a great experience!

I recently completed the American Red Cross lifeguard certification at Upper Valley Aquatic Center and the online portion took me much longer than the 2.5hr estimated time. However, the instructor was clear we needed to leave plenty of time, so I am glad I did! I am grateful to have such a great training facility locally.

With an easy to navigate website and an all around accommodating staff I found UVAC to be easily accessible, and this is coming from someone who struggles with technology a lot. The facility itself is also very easy to navigate around.

The workout facilities here are top of the line and incredibly clean. As someone who suffers from gym anxiety the layout of the facility here helps me feel comfortable being able to work out without fear of being judged. The view from the gym is also so beautiful. Instead of staring at white walls or traffic you are able to look out and see the green mountains. It makes for a very serene and peaceful workout.

I had a few questions about my membership with front desk and they did not have any problems answering them! Everyone was super nice and welcoming. Summer, especially, was extremely friendly and made my experience here so much better.

I absolutely love the fitness facility! It has everything I need from cardio to weights. I would recommend this to friends and family for sure. I look forward to coming here all the time. I talked with Garrett and Susan at the desk in the center and they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I really enjoy the casual banter between the staff and the inclusiveness of them with people working out.

The pools are great and the warm water pool is magnificent. It is a little stuffy in the pool area, but that is to be expected. So much fun with kids… would recommend to other families to come here. The life guards were polite while enforcing the rules. It is a very friendly environment there.

I used to not enjoy working out until I tried Shed and Shred. I have found a huge change in my overall health and the way I feel. I got a personal trainer who led workouts that are NOT boring!! The workout moves along pretty quickly. I loved working with my small group, we all motivated each other, and the personal trainer gave us each the attention we needed.

The last Saturday of every month is Parent Night Out! Totally affordable, even if you're not a member. Your child enjoys swimming, dinner, and a movie, while us parents get a night out. UVAC is awesome and welcomes people of all ages!

UVAC found a way to make their facility even better by adding a sauna. After working out it is great to be able to just sit back and relax in the warm sauna.

Physically, I can't do that many types of workouts, but UVAC has a lot of different choices I can do that are low impact. Their warm water pool works the best for me with many different group activities I can be involved in so I know I am doing what is best for my body. They also have great fitness equipment even I am able to use!

The UVAC has great facilities where I can work out or bring the family for a day of fun! It is great when I want to work out in the morning and need a babysitter, the uvac has the kidzone and I can work out and not even have to worry about it. The splash park has something for everyone, I even enjoyed going and playing there. This was a great addition to our community and I can't wait to see what the expansion will bring.

The Fitness trainers are absolutely phenomenal. I was very worried about joining a gym due to lack of experience. I didn't know how to use a lot of the equipment when I started. I took a couple training sessions and now I feel very comfortable using all of the equipment, sometimes I even enjoy one of the free classes offered to change it up. Such a great community!

UVAC is the perfect combination of affordability and quality. The temperature of the pool is ideal, and the many classes offered are rewarding. It is also a great place for kids.

Great Value!! Recently joined as a member and am loving the variety of classes. Taking them in the water, but also doing Zumba and weights!! Really fun and I know I will be able to keep on track with my fitness goals with the variety :-)) Also looking forward to making an appointment with my Personal Trainer!

The swim lessons are different much better from those in other places. The kids don't sit around getting cold because they are working on skills they will need for the next station. It keeps them active and teaches them to swim better faster.

My family loves to visit the Splash Park. With multiple waterslides and a lazy river there is something for everyone. It feels like you’re spending the afternoon in the tropics.
