They have completed projects in Archer, Clay, Wichita, and Young counties, and continue to build across all of north Texas. Harmon and Holcomb Homes is currently enrolled in the Energy Star Partnership Program, which promotes many energy-saving features. This program helps to reduce energy consumption and provide lower monthly energy bills throughout the life of the house. A third party HERS inspector tests the house and registers all certifying homes with the Energy Star Program. Harmon and Holcomb’s houses routinely rate at the Five Star Plus level.
