I started using Neighborhood Mailbox about 3 months ago. I say without any hesitation that Rita, the owner is outstanding. She is courteous, emails me upon every delivery. She is very personal and has great conversation. I have seen people walk past her business and speak to her when she is standing in the door. She knows the folks by name. I have walked in the business and seen her having a conversation with a senior right in her business. She is an excellent example of a good person giving good customer service. As for parking, she has a designated parking space outside her company for her clients. I recommend Neighborhood Mailbox to everyone!

This woman is nuts, I wouldn't let her lick my stamps. she was very rude and mean to me. even had the nerve to tell me where to park my car, like she owned the street. Not a nice person at all !!!
