I called Second Source computers because Dell locked my passward. Dell told me it would cost $300 to reset my password(I couldn't get my e-mail or anything else). Second Source fixed the problem and saved me $265. I would highly recommend them.

Best computer service I have ever experienced. I am from out of town and was in Wilmington when my father died suddenly. I needed acess to thew computer to make contact with friends anfd family, and wwith the service providers associated with his memoprial.. The power supply failed on my computer. I contacted Second Source at 3:30 PM; and by 4:30 PM the repair was completed at an extremely resonable price; half the cost of my repair company in my home town. They are the best I have ever seen. Their website says they "buy, sell, trade, or repair" I went in asking how much for just a hd replacement for a laptop installed, and the guy mumbled what sound like 250 at me. Ridiculous. Then I asked them if they do in fact buy or trade laptops and the guy said no. I was out of there fast. Another time I needed some sata cables. I went in at 5:30pm. Stores hours say until 6. The guy said he was shutting down but said he would do it for cash. He said two short cables where $10 a piece. I said fine, but you can get them online for $2. The guy seemed annoyed by this, then refused to sell me the product. Perhaps I just got unlucky, but two bad experiences = 2rating.
