I have been a patient with Total Care for well over a decade now and everything used to be really great. Things have definitely changed. The office staff can be a bit rude at times. If you leave messages with the nurses you don't hear back unless you are calling multiple times, or come to the office in person. They have faxed information to Aetna but unintentionally sent someone else's medical history along with my paper work. I've been overcharged and instead of getting a reimbursement promptly I had to wait nearly 6 months. I dread making an appointment but I have been with Dr. Sheehan for so long that researching a new doctor would be too stressful. I don't think everyone in the office are rude. It's just a select 3 people. Life would be so much better if I could bypass dealing with them at all when I come to the office. Going to the doctor should never be this stressful. I may just have to take time out and check out other doctors because I have had it with Total Care Physicians. It's infuriates me that I can show up on time for an appointment but not be seen for over 45 minutes but if I am late not only do I have to reschedule my appointment but I get charged a 25.00 fee. Maybe if we started charging them they would do a better job at accommodating all of their patients in a timely manner.

these doctors only care about money not their patients. They will bring you into the office to get the deductible every chance they get because all they want is there fee from your office visits because that's what pays their salary weekly. None of these doctors care about their patients.

I have been a patient of this practice for many years. LOVE the new office on Silverside Road! The doctors are awesome and the staff is helpful and pleasant

So so glad that my office has come into it's own with the new office and style. As always, the care is top notch, with Dr Palandjian always making time to discuss my problems until I understand the next step. But the new beautiful surroundings make it more tranquil. I highly recommend checking out this office and the great doctors that care about their patients.

I greatly enjoy coming to the new office of Total Care...thankfully the staff and doctors are still great. Dr. Melissa Sheehan has to be the most calm woman I have ever dealt with and I feel she will make sure all my care is handled in a very detailed manner. I do recommend her!

With allergy season coming on, my doctor was quick to see me and made sure I did not have to suffer any longer... I love my doctor.

I have been coming to this practice for a very long time and have always found the doctors and staff to be very nice. The doctors explain to me in a language that I can understand what is wrong with me and what I have to do. The staff is kind and friendly!

I like this practice because there is always a doctor on call during the weekend. I had a cold and since I am a current patient, the doctor could look at my records and help me with the problem until I could get in on Tuesday. Dr Palandjian is always there and makes time to see all of us.

I have always been able to get an appointment with my doctor in a timely manner. She always has the time to listen to me and makes me feel that she truly care. I will always recommend my Dr Sheehan. The staff is helpful, has the information ready for what studies are needed and the locations.
