Hired this company because of a positive referral from my husband's co-worker. MISTAKE!! They hired a convicted felon to work with my father who has dementia. His criminal history showed a pattern of identity theft and elder abuse! Filed complaint with State of Colorado; their subsequent investigation led to more violations then what my initial complaint listed. Owner did not contact me until I filed the complaint with the state. Ten months later, my family is still having to deal with the legal process in convicting this miscreant. Don, the owner of this local franchise, had the temerity to ask me to remove the negative review. Are you kidding me?!

If I were to need assistance with necessary tasks at home I would choose this agency because of their caring philosophy. The administration and caregivers work very hard to make life easier for the clients. Hats off to you all !
