TONS of deliveries to wrong addresses. One time they had put 4 packages we’d ordered for the holidays in other boxes. Have had probably 8 to 10 the mugs wrongly delivered to us in 1.5 years. Cold and very rude when you do have to go in to office. Often treat people with condescension and act like customers are an annoyance.

The people who work here are HORRIBLE at their job. Here's what I've experienced in the 3 months.

First they have one job, DELIVER THE MAIL. I was getting a letter I needed to sign for... I rescheduled delivery twice and every time they just left a slip in my mailbox saying they missed me. Though I was home every time they "tried to deliver", so this means they were just to lazy to stop at my house on their route, knock on the door, and get a signature.

This one just bugs me, but they BENT my marriage license.

I ordered a drum set for my son for a Christmas gift. The guy who delivered it slammed the box down- on its side! I understand it was kind of heavy but still you shouldn't slam things down, especially if you don't know what it is.

Then they somehow lost one of my packages. They think "it was delivered to the wrong house" and the lady proceeded to say "the guy who was delivering that day does this a lot"... so why the hell is he working there if he can't do his job??

Then within a week of trying to get a hold of them about my package we received mail that belonged to my neighbor (which happens quite frequently), and two packages belonging to another neighbor. They literally delivered someone else's packages to me after delivering my packages to the wrong person!

It's so bad that I don't want to have anything to do with them. And I worry what might happen to my future packages. Not everyone is decent and returns packages to where they belong (obviously). I wish there was a way to have another company deliver our mail.

The people that work here are jerks. I know we all kind of expect that from USPS, but this is the worst facility that I have ever come across. If you have the option, go elsewhere
