Went to this store because I was told they had the best human hair. I purchased two packs of hair for my daughter that was supposed to be ALL human. My daughter is now getting it washed for the first time and its one huge tangle ball. My hairdressers said it can't possibly by all human hair. My daughter is probably going to get it cut out if they can't untangle it. I went there because I am not expert on fake hair and I assumed the people they have working there are.. I will NEVER EVER go there again. Unless you are a an expert and know exactly what you want do not trust the information you are given.

KC hair outlet has everything i am looking for. they always have the newest products and the newest hair and wigs. i always stop at their store just to see wahts new because they are always on top of things.,. their customer service is wonderful also, i have never been disappointed with the KC staff.

I really like the fact that KC has everything a person may need from hair to body. Of course, staff will not be able to tend to every customer at the drop of a hat but with its wide selection, it's almost impossible to not find whatever you may be looking for...if you are taking the time to look. I may not always make KC my first stop when on the go but I always can guarantee on them being my last. I have never been left the store with less than $50 spent because it is truly one stop shop!!!

I called this store and I don't understand why they can't discuss prices of hair over the phone I mean I didn't want to waist my time going in the store when she coulda gave me a price on the phone wow

I love love love this store!! They have everything you need for your beauty needs! I also love their rewards card because I was able to save $6 on my most recent purchase! Our Main goal is to provide quality merchandise and excellent customer services to all. If you can be more specific as to what services we lacked, we can improve on that area. As far as the prices are concern, it is a subjective matter, such as a social and educational background and region where you are shopping. We have never claimed we were the lowest price in the area but we are very competitive with large, glitters, and upscale beauty supply store. Each and every returns and refunds are different; therefore if we see that refunds or returns are warranted, I allow refunds and returns. We post the refund and return policy for general public to make sure we do not have any major misunderstanding with our refunds and returns. Other than your big chain stores like Wal-Mart, CVS, and Wal-Greens, return and refund policies are very sensitive matte

I am a disappointed customer. When I walked into KC, I thought it was wonderful. But everything that glitters is not gold. I was disappointed with the lack of service I received when purchasing hair. Also the customer service was not the best. Furthermore, I found the prices to not be the best in the area, and the HUGE sign at the register about the refund policy (or lack of a refund policy) not customer friendly. Great customer service = great business. My opinion is while KC is a large store with a large selection, KC does not value their customers. Maybe this will help them to turn things around.

KC had an amazing black friday sale! i got some real nice remy hair for cheap! i hope they continue to do great sales like that! i love going to that store, everyones so friendly and helpful. i recommend everyone to stop by KC hair outlet on liberty road

one stop shop. i go to kc to get my hair, nails and lashes done. i go and come out a new person. i tell all my friends and family about kc and they all love it there. and when you go definitely sign up for their memebership card, its a points saving card (:

KC has very good customer service. their workers are kind and know a lot about their products. im glad that are located right near my house

I always go to KC hair outlet to get my eyebrows arched ! awesome job every time, i never go anywhere else. Funny and nice with great service, i definitely recommend KC.

i feel like a kid in the candy shop but with hair when i go to kc hair outlet. they always have the best of the best products and hair choices. they have great prices and the store is always so clean. their workers are very helpful as well. and they have a full salon to get your hair done but also get your eyebrows, eyelashes nails and lace fronts done! its a one stop shop! i will definitely recommend this store to my friends and family members.

great store, lots of different selections and very helpful workers. i love going to a hair store and the workers know what they are talking about and know their products. i will definitely go back to kc hair outlet.
