Winfield Middle School is affiliated with the Putnam County School District, a K-12 school district with more than 20 schools. Located in Winfield, W.Va., Winfield Middle School enrolls more than 600 students in grades six through eight. Its curriculum includes English, social studies, science, math, fine arts, music, computer technology, and physical education. It also offers foreign languages, such as Spanish and French. It has a parent-teacher association that involves parents in various educational activities of the school. It offers various activities, such as math team, science and drama clubs, Winfield Middle School band and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. It also provides various sports activities including football, volleyball, basketball, track, cross-country, golf, softball, swimming, soccer and tennis. It also provides library facility and cafeteria service for its students.
