I have seen Dr.Phan for years, he is an amazing doctor. Unfortunately he is no longer seeing patients. He hired a physicans assistant that has no psychiatric experience. From my understanding she doesnt have much experience at all, as she works in weightloss. I am devastated I have lost a very compassionate and intelligent physician. The new assistant said she only prescribes addiction medicine. She said that pyschologu isn't her thing! WHAT!?!?! So much for treating the whole patent now I have to find another doctor to prescribe my other medications that Dr.Phan put me me on!!!!! This makes no sense to me. Over 8 years Ive been coming here. Might as well rename it to a walk in clinic for addiction only! This is Ludacris!

Dr. Phan has heled My sister and me for over 35 years. He showed us that we can, when we thought we couldn't. He is very intelligent. He has helped many people have a better quality of life.

I have been trying, trying and trying to get a hold of this doctor, and all i ever get is either they are closed, or when i call and they are open i get " you have reached a time warner customer and they have not set their mailbox up, please try again later" Does anyone know how to get in touch with him, I've heard he is a great doctor

Dr. Phan has been helping me a great deal! Friendly/charming and professionally. I got the treatment from him twice: 1. In 2000 I had my neck problem I came to him from Raleigh via my manager at work whose his father got a similar treatment from Dr. Phan. Dr. Phan saved me from a surgical which my orthopedist insisted. 2 In 2011, he helped me on psychiatric problem due to my heavy stress at work and medical problem. I found out that he is also a great psychologist! Not just treated me with medicines but also with advices about life, handling stress. Yes, I do not hesitate to recommend to any one. Truly 5 stars!

Dr. Phan helped me with a problem I have and I could not have asked for any better professionalism, sensitivity, knowledge of my particular medical issue and his "individualizing" with my situation, personality and both personal and medical history. Their responsiveness to my "call for help" was incredible. I initially contacted Dr. Phan about middle to late afternoon on September 29,2008, left a brief message on his voice mail and his assistant returned my call that evening about 7:30 and set me up a "work in" appointment for the very next morning. I was accepted as a patient after a short interview with Dr. Phan without a referral from my family physician. For this I will be eternally grateful to Dr. Phan and his assistant. I highly recommend Dr. Phan to anyone with the same medical issue I was dealing with. Dr. Phan's medical treatment for me greatly increased my quality of life and very well may have saved my life.
