First off I have been going here for over a year sure they do a great job but they could care less about their customers. They only wait on the rich and preppy and they are very arrogant. I recently went in there today they seated me and for thirty minutes they ignored me. Never apologized or anything. The manager came over and scraped my nails and left I finally walked out. It was unbelievable when you spend as much money in there as I have. They only said something when I walked out. I’m booking an appointment for Digits where ppl actually care about my business. Don’t go there.

I have been going to Friendly Nails for 5 years! They are all super sweet and friendly. I love the staff and everyone that gets their nails and toes done are very friendly. I will keep going to Friendly Nails as long as they are in business!!!

I called Friendly Nails this morning to make an appt because I had a gift card. These said no appointment needed...just come now! It's a 20 mi ute drive from my house! When I got there with a friend and told the man I was the one who called, he said, "that was 30 minutes ago.". I told him it was a 20 minute drive. He they were busy now and we would have to come back another time. I told him we would be happy to take out business somewhere else and he said Ok! I WILL NOT BE BACK! I guess I will give the gift card to someone else!

Charlie did an excellent job on my gel nails. The shop was very clean. I will be back. I am a happy camper, Thanks Charlie.
