The young woman at the front desk was wonderful. The nurse, Sara, in the preop was also great, as was everyone else in pre op. I hate to say, but when we got to recovery, it all changed. We got a nurse named Michelle. She was not near as friendly or careing as all the rest. I think that this is the area where the best should be. When a person comes out of surgery, they may be disoriented and uneasy, we should expect a caring, and friendly face at this point!!!!! It all changed back to great with the young lady that wheeled my wife out, so sorry I don't remember her name. Would have given 5 stars had recovery been better.Thanks for the care !!!!!!
