Food was awesome, tomatoe pie, puffed eggs, scalloped potatoes, shrimp salad with a light dill sauce,
blueberry muffins, toast with aspargus,ham and melted cheese, pear and apricot salad with
rasberry dressing, fresh strawberry delight cake with whipped cream. Unbelieveable. The food
disappeared almost as fast as she could serve it..

She is great to work with. My daughter got married beneath the old oak tree at Tanglewood Park. I rented chairs, tables and linens from Karen. I have nothing but good things to say. She's honest, very-very reasonable (saved ton's from the big rental stores) and the delivery, set up and pick up was perfect! Karens can save you lots of money and headaches. TWatson

Karen helped plan one of the most unusal baby showers I have ever attended. The decorations were delightful, creative and reflected the mother-to-be's nursery theme of teddy bears. The food was amazing. Teddy bear sandwiches, tasty butter mints shaped like teddy bears, great punch, and a wonderful spinach dip held in a hawaian bread loaf that had been molded and baked in the shape of a teddy bear. But the shower cakes were the talk of the party. Three cute baby animals, a bear, a bunny and a duck. They were simply precious and mouth-watering. The great food and decorations made this shower one I will defintely remember. Karen really out did herself!

karen did my rehersal dinner and reception. She took our square dance theme and created a spectacular meal. My bride and I could not have been happier with the food, service, and unique decorations. Thank you for making our special day so perfect.

I used Karens for my wedding day celebration in Aug. 2005. I gave her a picture of a wedding cake that I wanted and she did an excellent job of copying the cake. It tasted absolutely delicious also. Everyone at my celebration just went on and on about the decorating materials that I used and the cake. I really feel like this was the best decision I could have made for my wedding day. She will have my future cake orders for sure. Thanks so much.
