Very nice clean and friendly

I went too lets skate and this place is amazing... I read through some of the negative reviews and Im sorry but I didn't have a problem with this staff nor arrangments. They were professional. But it was chaotic only because there are kids everywhere.



I would reccommend this place. Oh yeah they even have a training area to help kids learn how to skate along with this little gadget that they hold in front of them while they skate to help them keep their balance. Its a cool place!

Yesterday, we had my daughter's eighth birthday at "Let's Skate"! I can promise you I am the pickiest mom alive and it's very hard to please me 100%. Let's Skate far exceeded my expectations on every level. When we arrived, Kim (the party planner), greeted us promptly and wished my daughter a "Happy Birthday"! We booked the "Princess Room" (which they converted into a Monster High Room to match my daughter's theme). The room looked like something out of a magazine. It was decorated beautifully and they even blew up gorgeous balloons to match our theme(zebra striped, silver, hot pink and white polka dots). Every mother that walked in was blown away! The rink is modern and very clean. They were on time with the pizza and the cake. When the party was over, our "party helper" cleaned everything up and packed our gifts and goody bags onto a rolling cart which was stored in a back room until we done skating. This was the easiest, most enjoyable party I've ever given my daughter. Some people on this site have commented that they feel it is too pricey. I honestly don't feel it's that much more than any other party venue in Orlando.....and remember, you do get what you pay for:)!! Bravo, "Let's Skate", for a job well done!!

Too expensive.....Reflections is better

We just recently had a birthday party in the Rock and Roll room at Let's Skate Orlando for my son who turned 8. The room itself was over the top and the staff was very helpful. They took care of everything for us and all of our guests had a blast. My son said this was his best party ever and we have visited many times since!

Budget concerned families beware. This place is expensive.

However, you get what you pay for. The ring is wonderful. They have a teaching area. Most of the staff is courteous. At busy times it is a little chaotic, but what place with so many kids (adults and children alike) isn't like that.

I haven't personally had a party here. The price is crazy high for a skating party. They don't include much for your buck. But the rooms are to die for. Definitely made for the kid in you. Music is great. Mix of old school songs and a few new goodies. I haven't heard anything inappropriate for kids yet.



I will and do go back not as often as I would if it was decently priced.

I can't say enough good things about this place! I visited with my children back in December and immediately booked my son and daughters birthday parties. Their party rooms are above and beyond ANYTHING I've seen before! The staff was extremely courteous, the party girl hostess was so much fun and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed! The kids were so excited about skating that they hardly ate any of the pizza and our party girl packed it all up for us along with the cake left-overs to take home! I didn't have to lift a finger!



Like I said, I really can't say enough good things about Let's Skate. The entire experience is over the top on every level. We were so impressed that I recommended the rink to our Pastor for our first youth group function last month and just as I expected, everyone had a blast! As a mom the first thing you think about is how clean a place is and how safe it is. After being inside for just a few minutes it was obvious this place knows how to provide a fun and exciting place for the family. When we moved down to Winter Garden we hadn't gone roller skating in years. My children had only skated once or twice before. Let's Skate reminded us of how fun it actually is! I think we've gone almost every Saturday now for a month!



Go there, check it out for yourself! I promise you'll love it!

My family skates at Let's Skate just about every weekend, and we always have a great time!!!!! My kids meet there friends there and all of the parents have a great time watching them have fun. This is such a great place for families!!!! We have been to several birthday party's and we all had fun. I already booked my daughters birthday for next month..... She can't wait!!!

I went into lets skate in Dec. to check it out. My daughter had her birthday there in Jan. We got the princess room. It was very well thought out and put together (the party rooms). My party was supposed to start at 1:00. I did not get into the room until 1:30 because there was another party in the room, so i had to greet my guest's at the front door, and everyone had to wait to get their skates, because the host was so unorganized. While the children were skating, I had asked them to make an announcement for them to all come eat. They said they did, but I never heard it. I had to gather all the children myself.



All the children and guests ate pizza while I made sure everything was ok. We cut the cake and passed out the pieces to everyone, and while they were eating cake I ate my pizza. Well, only a bite. I turned around and the "party host" threw it away, and then proceded to rush us out of the room so the next party could get in. I had reserved the party from 1:00-3:00 and they started kicking us out of the room at 2:30.



I only got 1 hour in the room and had to pay for 2, and within the first 10 mins of the kids skating, one of our guest fell and broke her arm. The owner didn't even care, and hid most of the time, until we were gone. I will NEVER go there again, and DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I took my kids here today for this first time. I was immediately in shock of how well they did with remodeling the place. There are no signs that this was ever a department store! The over-the-top decorations really give it a fun atmosphere. It helps even more that they constantly offer awesome deals through facebook (it keeps the kids interested). We came on a Sunday for the family deal that they offer, and were so pleased the whole family can't wait to go back next week!

We even inquired about the birthday parties they do there and were just amazed by all the work and detail put into the different party rooms. The packages are inexpensive and include everything you need (even a party helper!).

Overall this place is worth every penny and I'm so glad the owners found something good to do with the space. We'll be coming back soon!

I had a birthday party here for my eight year old daughter in the Princess room. The decorations and attention to detail was beyond amazing. I was so impressed by the employees and how they were constantly working to make sure the party was going well. The price for whole party including the food and skating was fantastic and didn't make a major dent in my bank account! The kids raved about the party for weeks and keep asking whose party is next!! I'll be sure to bring them back to come skating again.

Was a remodeled clean envirnoment. I felt the staff was rather short and unprofessional. Ran out of pizza early on. Offered up other menu items, but would not give the kids slushies with the meal ticket? The kids wanted nothing else they had to offer other than Pizza or slushie. Coupon costs $2.00 Slushie=$2.00 what harm would it have done to give them the slushie for the coupon. Knowing full well they wouldn't get anything else off their menu? Instead, they charged me another $2.00 per slushie and I had already paid the $2.00 for each coupon, which no one would use. I think they were rather pricey as well.

Do not think I will return. Kids did like it, but for the money, there's too many trails and natural areas around without having to deal with opinionated unprofessional staffing/

I had a Birthday Party for my Son in the Rock Star Party Room and it was amazing . The Party Girl from Lets Skate was great with the kids and 7ft tall Guitars in the room wowed the kids. The other mothers were jelous and 2 of them booked parties there that day (LOL). Thank you Lets Skate for making my Sons Birthday so Special.
