I have used Mitchell's Movers several times over the last 5 years. I work in the assisted living industry and I always contact him when I have new families that need movers. They have never disappointed and are always friendly to my families.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I had an apt for a quote at 10 AM. Not one phone call or text they were going to be late. 10:15 I called. He is 5 min away. 10:30 I called again, he's 2 min away and he hung up on me. I called back to see if we got disconnected and he hung up on me. I called again to see who the owner of company is and he hung up on me again. I would never trust that they would show up and be smart enough to move my stuff without losing it or destroying it.

I have worked with Mitchell for many years in the healthcare industry. I have found him to be an extremely hard worker and a man of high integrity. I hired him to move my family as well and the move took 5 guys- 5 1/2 trucks and 12 hours (it was after midnight when they finished) to complete the move. They were all still smiling at the end of the night.

They get zero stars. I used Mitch when he was holding patients at beside while they urinated. He was a hard working humble man, now he is arrogant and acts like he doesn't need customers. He came to me house this Saturday to give me a quote and gave me a quote 200 more than the highest quote and said he didn't need this job he has FatPockets. He said the stuff looked to heavy. I moved all this stuff from a two story house with my kids which are girls. I recommend that you need to pass on Mitch of Winter Haven because his pockets are to full and he might hurt his back. If you notice his five stars are before his pockets became fat.

We were told to give them a try and we did. My husband and I have moved quite a few times and never did we have to work as hard. We moved 2 miles from a large house to a much smaller home and asked that all boxes be placed in the garage. They weren't even grouped by the labeling of the rooms of each boxes. And a very expensive china cabinet was put into place but NEVER were the anchors connected on the back to secure the glass top to the large base. None of the shelves were put into place (mostly because my husband had already been more than fed up), but we couldn't finish putting our entertainment center together because four of the main brackets were not there. We had to call and ask where the brackets might be... we were told that one of the two NEW movers gave them to my husband. Well, that wasn't so - it was two days later we found them wedged under a shelf in the bottom of the entertainment center. I have worked in the service industry and know how important tipping is and unfortunately I wasn't around the entire time (in between two houses) and tipped 20% of the total charge - that was obviously before I noticed all that wasn't done. I will not pass their name on.

Mitchell and his staff were very impressive! We called them the day before a long distance move and not only were they on time, they arrived 15 minutes early. They were efficient and courteous and, last but not least, very professional. Because of their years of experience they were able to communicate potential issues we had not foreseen. Didn't leave a scratch on our hardwood floors...I would highly recommend them.

I have used Mitchells two times. Both have been excellent experiences. Honest, professional, courteous and friendly. Excellent service. Quick callbacks - if ever he doesn't pick up in the first place. Secure packing. Great crew. I would recommend to anyone who wants a good experience when moving.

Very pleasant experience. They were there on time, very professional and handled antiques very carefully. They were also very nice and pleasant and introduced themselves upon arrival. Would recommend them to anybody. Great job guys!!!

Our family recently used Mitchell's Low Cost Movers for two moves. We were extremely pleased both times.We experienced the following things: - Mitch and his crew were very professional - Phone calls were immediately answered or promptly returned - We found it easy to work and communicate with Mitch and his crew - They were extremely prompt - They were friendly and patient - They worked at a speedy pace; yet, they were careful and respectful of valuable clocks, Tiffany lamps, and antique furniture - With any request we had, Mitch and his crew made sure it was completed - The moves were very reasonably priced -They removed family members' worry and concern about moving precious possessions. We would certainly recommend this company to people looking for this service.
