      The Hotel will charge your credit card a smoking feed of $295.28.with out sending any proof to you at all or evidence of smoking in the room. No policy on their website at all about this charge. I,ve been trying for a week to have the charge removed for my card or sent me some proof . best western customer care say that they have nothing to do with this .
