They were closed more than 30 minutes prior to their posted closing time and when I called to ask them if they were open, they were very dismissive and said, "Call back Monday." Very rude and unprofessional.

Ford's does both my pest control and lawn care. My lawn started in really bad shape and now it is the best in the neighborhood. Have not had any pest issues either. Best company.

Ford's Hometown Services has been servicing my home for pest control and my parents have their fantastic lawn care program. The technicians are knowledgeable and really spend their time to get the job done. Another lawn company knocked on my parents door and said they would be willing to pay my parents to put their sign on my parent's lawn. What a great compliment.

Beware of Ford's deceptive practices. They show up at your house to perform pest control services. They tell you the service has been paid for in the previous year's contract. Then you discover but accepting that service, you are obligated for another year of pest control services. Also, the executives of the company are completely unresponsive. I've written numerous letters to get the situation resolved and have not received so much as an acknowledgement.
