We used Serrato Sign to make a metal wall sign for us. That request went wonderfully. Unfortunately a year later when we asked for them to come fix a lighted wall mounted sign on the outside of our building it didn't go very well. We requested service and were told they would be able to come the next and they would call us 1 hour before hand so we as owners could be there. The next day we received no call. When we called back we were told they would be by on Tuesday. We were at the store from 8:45 to 4 pm and no one came by or called. (We were told they stopped working at 3pm so no need to wait any longer) On Wed, they called to say they would be by. When we asked what happened the day before they said they came by. We said we were there all day and asked what time they came by. At this point they said we needed to find someone else to fix the sign and hung up the phone.
