I am appalled by the horrific treatment I received from Elizabeth. She started out seemingly nice but overbearing and demanding but after using her a few times she got very nasty and abusive. I have stage 4 cancer and need someone to watch my little baby when I go to chemo. At 6 am she texted me that my dog is a spoiled brat and not welcome there anymore because she was struggling with being crated and forced to eat only raw chicken. The abusive texts continued throughout the day and I had to rush back to get her for fear she would be abused. She mocked my cancer and said poor baby you aren’t rational and you only care about yourself and everybody has stress so I should stop caring about myself. Then she said I was an abuser. I brought my autistic son to drop off my dog once and she screamed at him for raising his arms. She said I’m not rational continuously berated me for not starving my dog for 16 days to force her to eat raw chicken. Deplorable. She harassed me all morning until I lost my cool and told her to stop texting me. She blocked my number while she has my dog in her care. I am horrified at her treatment of clients and am afraid for my little dogs safety. She constantly body shames the dog who is NOT overweight Calling her obese and asking if she has diabetes yet. I’m actually afraid to go there to get my dog and may bring a police escort due to her abusive harassing messages. I’m truly saddened someone could be so cruel and mean to people that are suffering a terminal Illness and needs help and services. She should be shut down and I will see to it that a formal complaint is filed. And Elizabeth before you respond about god and say something nasty about me I have all the texts to prove how abusive you were to me. You shouldn’t be around humans let alone precious animals.
