I regret to have believed Mark - the owner of this business. He spoke to nicely on the phone and convinced me that he would do the best job in cleaning my carpet. He said that he would come to do the job once again without any cost if I wasn't happy with the job and even get the refund back if I wasn't happy after he came twice. He did arrive on time and clean 2 rooms and stairs within an hour. I even got an invoice from him (I made sure to get it in writing that he would come again in 48 hrs if I wasn't happy with the job). One day after the job, I called him to let him know that the rooms closets were not cleaned by him and that the faded stains have come back up again and that I would like him to come back to correct these things. He has been ignoring my calls since then and when I got hold of him on phone finally (I pretended to be a new customer - called him from a different number), he hung up on me as soon as I told him that it was me. He actually said "Don't call up no more". I will be filing a complaint for him on BBB as well and every possible place just because I have now hire another company to get my carpet cleaned. Also, I want this guy to not do this to any other customers as well.

I had scheduled Mark from Clean Touch to shampoo the carpet in my condo. I told him I had a flight to catch at night so I didn't have much room in my schedule. He absolutely promised me that he would be there well before my flight. He was a complete no-show, and didn't even bother to tell me he couldn't make it. Less than 2 hours before I had to leave for the airport, I was scrambling to find someone else to do it. Not only did he drop the ball big time - he didn't even have the courtesy to let me know. Stay away from business people who don't have integrity.

I wish I would've did more homework on clean touch carpet cleaning, they brag about being green and safe when the whole time they don't know what green is. I had the carpet cleaned, which cost me more than quoted. The fumes were so bad that my husband and I had to leave the house. My dog immediately started having seizures and has never had them.

The owner of this company has misappropriated himself. I designed a graphic art picture of a "VAN" the same van picture he has on this site. He then took possession of it as his. He does not have a service man of such. He thought it would go unnoticed but when you steal something that is NOT yours. People find out about it. Thanks My real email is in review.
