ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! They are in charge of the Rivertown Park town homes in Grandville (just south of Rivertown mall). One of the guys constantly chews tobacco and spits it in my yard all the time. The only thing they care about is getting their money and NOT YOUR LAWN. They will be out of business soon. THERE ARE A TON OF OTHER COMPANIES OUT THERE.

I chose this service because it was local and not a "national" company thinking that I'd get great service and help our local area out. We bought a Groupon for this service and thought we were getting a great deal $200 in service for $75, however, the service and follow up has been horrible! We recieved a prompt estimate but then did not have any follow up for 6 weeks long into the spring. Then received one treatment and promised arration, then nothing. We have been ignored for over 4 months with no service and then up charged with more fees after completing services we did not authroize. No home calls or contacts were ever made when services were provided. I would expect them to call or contact us regarding times of service due to the pesticides used and the need to be cautious due to having a pet and child. Our only notifications of "services" were when we have been provided with additional fees. When we called in regard to service we have gotten the "run around" and no resolutions to any of our concerns. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I feel disrepected as a client and had hoped to use this local service in the future but would never use it myself or recommend it to anyone.
