I had my old embroidery machine cleaned and fix. They were very nice. One of the lady's showed me how to do some things on my machine. At no extra cost. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

When I brought in my old sewing machine for repairs, I found them to be very polite and helpful. Of course, they also showed me the new machines, but I did not feel pressured to buy at that time. When I returned later to buy a machine, I was given immediate instructions on how to thread it and how to make the best use of the various stitches. The machine cost more than I would have paid at Walmart, but I think the service and support will be well worth it in the long run.
