Let's face it, planning for or dealing with aging, disability and death is not pleasant but our attorneys and Geriatric Care Manager (Elder Care Coordinator) will make it manageable. We are here to help. Our firm practice is limited to elder law, estate planning, life care planning and probate. That means we assist clients with wills, trusts (both irrevocable and revocable trusts or living trusts, powers of attorney, geriatric care management , Medicaid (5 year look back period) planning, Medicaid filing assistance and related matters. Attorney Mary Kathryn Brennan is licensed in Maine. Attorney Smilie G. Rogers is licensed in Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire and inactive in Virginia.
