This company has moved numerous pianos for me this year and has been nothing but professional and exceptional. Jake, the owner, is a friendly man. I have nothing but kind words to say about this company!

This company scheduled a pick up at 6:30am and did not show up or call. I waited over 3 and a half hours for them to call me back (after calling them numerous times). They stated they could not deliver the piano the day of the move because they misquoted the move - a mistake on the companies behalf. The company dispatcher, Jake, lied to cover his misakes and ended up becoming very loud, cursing and hung up the phone. After contacting the owner, he was apologetic, however he did not offer to deliver the piano at the quoted price. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company AT ALL. Their website seems to portray a sound, reputable company but they are certainly not. Very poor customer service over all.
