0Got me right in at the scheduled time, completed all services in a timely fashion. Suggested any future maintenance. Great bunch of guys
Rich the Service Manager was so pleasant on the phone that I was enticed into going to his establishment. I was in and out of their with 2 tires on in less then 30 minutes.
I dare anyone to go to any other place to get 2 tires on their car, in less then a hour. This would be virtually impossible.
They have a great staff and I would be willing to drive 55 miles again as they respected me and I respected them.
Go there as you will NOT ever regret Great Service.

- Three brothers Richard, Bernard, & James grew up together on the North side of Youngstown in the Briar Hill area. Richard had a love of cars and a desire to know the ins and outs of all vehicles. In 1978 with the passion for cars still running strong, Richard convinced his 2 brothers to support him in his desire to start Westside Tire & Service. The first generation of owners was born. The 3 brothers worked together to start a legacy that grew out of a passion. The communities surrounding each location must feel that they are achieving the desire to be leaders in the community as Westside Tire & Service was voted “The Best of The Best” by the readers of the Tribune Chronicle. Westside Tire believes in giving back to the community as well. Westside Tire & Service receives an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. Participating in events in the community brings joy to not only the owners but also the employees because Rich & Lisa have expressed their desire to give back and paying it forward. Westside Tire & Service has conducted Ladies Car Care Clinics to empower women to be knowledgeable about how their cars operate and why they may need certain repairs or maintenance processes on their vehicles. Westside Tire & Service saw the need for the local schools for school supplies. Knowing that their customers were some of the ones in need, they contacted their business associates and asked for donations. Business associates along with Westside Tire & Service were able to supply backpacks, and school supplies to local schools. September 2017 Westside Tire & Service held their very first Car Show at the Niles location. All the proceeds from the Car Show were donated to the Niles City Schools. One of the employees and owners favorites is also participating in the Austintown Township 4th of July Parade. Westside Tire & Service is a Federated Auto Parts Authorized Service Center and an ACDelco Professional Service Center and has achieved this by having integrity and Quality Products & Competitive Pricing. The people make Westside Tire & Service and the people have helped the business to keep growing year after year.
