Excellent service.
I don't wear much jewelry, but it just so happened that a silver pinky ring from Salzburg, Austria broke. I went to a jewler in town and they explained the various mixes in silver (bla bla bla) in other words no can do. So in asking around, someone told me about A Plus Jewelers. I brought my ring to him, he said it'll be ready in a two days; and it was. The week after that my diamond pendent broke. A Plus had it repaired the day after I brought it to them. Fantastic job.
I will never ever go to any other place.

I will never go anywhere else but A Plus Jewelers for my jewlery repair and jewelery purchasing needs.Everytime I go into the store, I am treated with kidness and respect, just like I am a part of thier family. Everytime I have ever gone in to thier store, they always acknowledge that I am there and make me feel important.They are very knowledgeable , friendly, and take the time to make sure everything is in working order before I leave the store, and they also make sure I am happy and satisfied before I leave. My jewelery is always in better condition then when I dropped it off, and I have never had any problems with the work they have done. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable about jewelery, stones, custom work, you name it they will do everything in thier power to find whatever it is your looking for. A Plus Jewlers will always and forever be my jewelery store.
This is a wonderful place to buy jewelry or have it repaired. Their craftsmanship is excellent. I gave them an old ring of my grandmothers and they created a beautiful wedding ring for me. My daughter took her ring in to have it repaired and they made it look brand new in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend this place of business! You won't be disappointed!
My mother dropped her wedding ring down a garbage disposal losing 2 diamonds and twisting the ring. We brought it in on Christmas Eve and they reshape the ring so she could wear it prior to being completely repaired and with no charge. My mom brought the ring in this week for repairs and after a couple of days and an extremely reasonable price, they had it looking like brand new. After over 60 years of marriage, the ring has so much meaning and it made my mom so happy to have it back on her finger. I would definitely recommend them for repair.
I have had my wedding ring repaired here twice and they were helpful, kind and fair. My mother accidentally put her wedding ring of 60 years in the garbage disposal and we thought the ring was ruined. We were told by another jeweler that if he could repair it, it would cost $1000. A Plus were very kind and rounded out the ring for us at no charge on Christmas Eve so we could surprise my mother. They then replaced the lost small diamonds and finished the repair for $250. The ring is as good as new and we would recommend A Plus to anyone.
this is the best jewelry store ever. they have the best prices and the most friendly staff. my repair was done in a timely manner. and it looked a brand new. I would recommend this store to anybody looking for great jewelry repair and sales.

These people were great in my opinion, they were supper friendly and sized my ring on the spot while I waited. The price was also a lot cheaper than anyother place I have been. I would recommend then to anyone I know, and I have to several places. these guys really know what they are doing!

Wanted to make my husband a ring from two of my old ones. One was about half a size smaller and when he made the new ring he didn't bother to make them the same size. Shabby work, it was nothing like I imagined! Would NOT recommend to anyone

I was referred to these guys to have my ring sized by a friend. I had a terrible experience with these RUDE PEOPLE! I had the run sized to the wrong specs and had to have it re-sized. Cost me $50 to have it sized an the refused to give me my own gold back without charging a mystery fee? HMMM sounds fishy right? My advise go anywhere but here as hungry as they are for your hard earned money u might not even get your same diamond back! Would never recommend to my friend feels awful that she referred me on an okay experience several months ago! Y
Brought my watch in for a new battery. Other than needing a new battery it worked fine...it's only a year old. Now it doesn't work. Their response? "I' don't do watch repair, I just changed the battery." He suggested I check the book that came with the watch. Why? I know how to operate the watch. They took no responsibility. But I do take responsibility. I should have learned the first time when I took the same style watch (it’s a Casio) in a couple of years ago. Not only did they overcharge me, they didn't fix what they said they fixed. I did get a refund...but should have learned. Also, do not purchase a battery from them. They quoted my wife a price of $12.00 for a battery that I found at a retail store for less than $3.00.
We no longer offer Watch repair, we do waranty our batteries for 90 days with receipt, we do test them and if the battery is not good we change them, if they battery is good, its an internal problem with the watch. Sorry you had an issue and hope this answered your problem.
